Your Responsibilities: All EGPI Employees
Every EGPI employee is crucial in upholding our ethical standards. We expect you to understand and apply this Code in all daily decisions, actions, and interactions, always acting with uncompromising integrity. Strictly adhere to all national and international laws, industry regulations (including anti-bribery, anti-corruption, fair competition, data privacy, and product quality), and all internal EGPI policies. Safeguard company property, confidential information, and intellectual property, using resources responsibly and for legitimate business purposes.
Understand and Apply
Read, understand, and apply the principles of this Code in all your daily decisions, actions, and interactions.
Act with Integrity
Conduct all business and personal activities with honesty, transparency, and a commitment to doing what is right, even when no one is watching. Avoid any actual or perceived conflicts of interest.
Speak Up & Report
Cultivate an environment of openness. If you have questions, face an ethical dilemma, or suspect a violation, you have a responsibility to speak up. Report possible or actual violations through appropriate channels, including the Compliance Hotline, which offers an anonymous reporting option. EGPI strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith.

As managers and leaders at EGPI, you carry an additional responsibility to embody and promote our ethical culture. You must consistently demonstrate ethical decision-making and uphold an ethical mindset in your own conduct, serving as a role model for integrity. Ensure that all employees reporting to you clearly understand this Code of Conduct, providing ongoing guidance and support on how to integrate ethical thinking into their daily work and decisions.
